A portrait photography is when you take a picture of a person or a group that shows how they feel, it might tell a story. The way a profile relates to a portrait and silhouetting is that a profile is one half of a persons face so your taking the picture that would look something like this. So what silhouetting is, is its a picture of a person, animal, or an object. If you have Photoshop you would use the dodge tool, you have to out line the whole body. In the end it should look something like this.

The way Double Exposures are made is that in photo shop you use the dodge tool. With the dodge tool you go all around the image. You need to take a least three images, the first one of you as a profile and the next two are of what represent you. Then you use the dodge tool. If you have Photoshop which I have, you go to File, scripts the load files into stacks. After that you have to crop the image by 8.5" by 11" and 300 pixels per inch. You double click the layer, then use blend mode go to screen, if you want you can explore what the other things do, but after that you need to go back screen. Then on the top of the very top go to layer New Adjustment, layer then select one , be sure to be very creative. One of the reasons why you would want to make one of these is because it can represent who you are and other people can see who you are on the inside, also because It looks really cool.

Well the reasons why I chose those two images is because I really love nature and the flower looked really cool. I chose to take a picture of a tree because again I love NATURE and I chose to take a picture of my dog Kahi is because I love him so much. Its like we are real brothers. My quality of work could have improved by my me putting more work effort into it, for example I could have spent more time working on it instead of playing outside with my friends. I also could have made it into more fine detail to make it look a lot better, I also could have been a little moe creative with my pictures.

HDR Photography

HDR is when you take a lot of pictures with different exposure compensation. The picture looks really good having the right amount of lighting in just the right spot and the right amount of darkness in the right spot. What I really like about HDR is that It looks really nice in the end. I really like that its really beautiful and that they have so much color. The one thing I don't like about HDR is that the camera has to stay still through the whole thing one little movement can mess up the whole thing.

To create an HDR image you need to find a beautiful place that has a horizon line another thing you might want to look for is golden hours. When you find a great place you want to set the exposure compensation the lowest you want. then every time you snap a picture you want to change the exposure compensation by one. The more pictures you take the clearer your image would be. How you change the exposure compensation is that well there are different was for different cameras so for the Cannon you press the magnifying glass + and the magnifying glass -.

Well The reason why I did those the three pictures were that I love my grandma so I chose her. I also made sure that her background was interesting but I also made it s that the background isn't totally distracting. The reason why I chose to to the mountain was because It was a beautiful day and The beautiful sleeping giant was in my back yard. But before I had thought of that I was planning to hike up the mountain. so for the third image we had to combine the the first two images. I did all of this in photoshop it was really amazing.
